Calorie Shifting Diet - My Husband Was SHOCKED when He Heard About It!

Please don’t judge! If you read this you are going to learn something about Calorie Shifting diet and why I recommend it, but let me tell you something before that….When I went in to have my second baby I weighted 186 lb. I am only 5.2”. My normal weight is around 130 lb, but I did gain 15 pounds before I got pregnant. But nobody needs to know about that

Before I tell you about how I lost weight, I just want to talk about that 186 lb. So here is the story…. I hid my weight very well I never mentioned to anyone how much I weighted, but in the hospital, my husband was shocked when he heard how much I weight. Shame on him… And he did not even try to hide it….Uh imagine the nerve… Let me tell you….The steam was coming out of my ears. I mean I am in the hospital, about to deliver and he just looks at me with the shock on his face (his forehead read 186 lb on it, I swear : ) ). Maybe he should try to be pregnant and see how it is?!?!
So back to how I lost weight… Well I thought my weight was going to melt away and it kind of did (or at least that is what I told myself)…I lost the baby weight, after all she did weight almost 10 lb. so there you go, I lost ten, and another 10 during the first 2 months and than nothing! No matter what I did, nothing! Uh…. I stopped nursing when she was 7 months and that made it even worse!
So I went on a starving diet! Literally….I cut my meals into 1/4th and I lost weight within a month. I was so happy…BUT….I gained it back even faster and that made me very upset. So before I went on another diet, I did some research and this is what I have learned!
In order for us to lose weight we need to speed up our metabolism. With starving diet you cannot do that, because with starving diet you actually slow down the metabolism and that is the reason you gain the weight back.
So I researched some more and found calorie shifting diet review and you can read it here as well. First the name of the diet sounded really interesting, but I read a little more about it. You see, the problem with all diets is that when you diet you run a risk of gaining the weight back because no matter what you do, your metabolism gets stale. But with this calorie shifting diet, it actually trick the metabolism to think you are not on the diet, and this causes you to lose weight.
There are couple of important things to think about here. This system is nothing special really. For years we were told to eat small portions more frequently instead of 1 large one. For years we were told to eat vegetables and fruits in order to lose weight, and for years we were told to exercise to lose weight! But do you know the reason why that is? Because any of those methods speed up metabolism! Having known all this, I still went on this diet. It was a way for me to have someone else tell me what to eat at what time, knowing that for a fact I was going to lose weight. So that is what I did. I tried calorie shifting diet and it does work.
