List of Foods That Speed Up Your Metabolism!

We all know that in order to lose weight we need to have metabolism at the certain speed. So here I am going to give you a list of foods that speed up your metabolism. And few other things you can do to make it work faster.

O.k. eating certain fruits can really help. This does not work for all fruits, these are very popular:

  • Lemon
  • Apples
  • Strawberry
  • Blueberries
  • Grapefruit
  • Oranges

The list of vegetables that speed up your metabolism

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Cabbage
  • Celery
  • Zucchini

Protein can speed up your metabolism as well:

  • Lean Beef
  • Chicken Breast
  • Turkey
  • Ham

Drinks that speed up your metabolism

  • Green tea
  • Coffee (this is debatable, but most people agree)




What else can you do to speed up your metabolism? Exercise at least 20 min a day. Drink a lot of water at least 8 cups a day. And eat smaller portions more frequently a day, instead of large meal.
No matter what you do, make sure you don’t starve yourself. When you are hungry, your metabolism slows down. You have to eat, but make sure you eat smaller meals more frequently. People make the calorie shifting diet seem easy. It is an easy diet but calorie shifting is still a diet. You have to follow the meal plan step by step in order for it to work. Here I will explain to you everything you need to know about this diet before trying it out.

This diet is designed to speed up your metabolism, and to make you lose weight quickly. Doctors always said that if you eat small portions of the meal frequently, you can lose weight quicker. So the logic and the proof is there. But if you eat the right food at the right time, you make the weight loss seem even easier.

Second, you do eat all kinds of food. “Fattening” and healthy such as fruit and vegetables. Each day your meal is going to be different making this a true calorie shifting diet. But besides that, your metabolism will think that you are not on a diet.

The benefit is that unless you start intaking more calories than you are burning, once you go off this diet you should be able to keep the weight off. This is due to the fact that all the food you do eat is designed to help you burn more calories and help you speed up your metabolism.

One recommendation I do have is for you to do a light exercise while on this diet. This is because it will help you firm up your body, and when loosing weight it is important to keep the muscle strong.

So what makes calorie shifting diet better than others? If you ever tried a starving diet, than you probably lost weight quickly, but gained it back as well. This is mainly due to the fact that calorie shifting speeds up the metabolism, while others slow it down.

When you are hungry, your metabolism slows down. It is simple as that. To lose weight, there is really no magic pill needed, you just need to speed up metabolism and eat the food that will help you lose the weight. Calorie shifting does that for you.

And one last thing…With calorie shifting diet, you have two options. The first one is the basic calorie shifting diet. It is not a high speed diet. The second option is the faster weight loss more intense weight loss. I suggest to go with the first unless you are desperate. 3 Things you Can do to Lose Weight After Pregnancy!

The best way to lose weight is naturally. There are some very simple things you can do to lose weight after pregnancy without really dieting.

This is for people who are very disciplined. :)

The very first thing you can do is actually divide your meals into small portions and eat 5 times a day. When eating smaller meals more frequently, you can boost your metabolism.

Some of the food you can incorporate into this are apples, or broccoli. These foods are full of fiber and that helps with boosting your metabolism. Also cook your food on the olive oil, eat the skinless chicken breast, fish and green vegetables. They are very good at boosting your metabolism. As mentioned before, the fiber loaded foods are great such as beans, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, beans and zucchini.

Make sure you drink a lot of water. I drink about 10 cups a day and sometimes even more. I love water and I don’t like juice. Now besides this, you should cut out the sweets and sugar loaded drinks and snacks.

Schedule a walk with your children at least 30 min. long each day. The exercise will also boost your metabolism, and with exercise you will be shaping your body very quickly. Plus I found that exercise boosts my energy as well and I fell more up beat.

These are simple things you can do to lose weight after pregnancy. In the end it will depend on your discipline to do so. Also always take the multi vitamins and take it easy. It took 9 months to gain the weight, it takes time to lose it as well.

However, if you tried all of that and it did not work, you can always try the calorie shifting diet. It is very popular and easy to follow. Basically you are on the diet for 11 days and than off diet for 3. It is a system to trick your body to think you are not on the diet. Kind of cool :)

 


Before Purchasing Double Jogging Stroller - Read this Guide!

There are a lot of things to consider before purchasing the double jogging stroller. One of the first is the age of the infant. If you are going to buy a new double jogging stroller for toddler and infant, make sure you do not use it with the infant unless they are 6 months of age.

As the time goes on, they keep on developing newer and improved double jogging strollers, and now some of the jogging strollers are designed to accommodate an infant, but it is better to wait until they are 6 months before trying it out unless the stroller supports the infants. This is based on parents and per expert’s recommendation.

Since you will be getting a double jogging stroller, you need to make sure it can carry a weight of at least 100 lb. Make sure it has air tires and swivel wheel. It is also recommended to get the one that is a lightweight because some of those strollers are extremely heavy.

If you can, before making your purchase test it in the local store to make sure it fits your needs. But you may want to check prices online before you make your last purchase. I originally bought the Joovey double stroller (not the jogging), and I re sold it very quickly. It was way too heavy and uncomfortable.

All of the jogging stroller have a recliner seats so children are not in a very up sitting position but it is important to choose the one that can have each individually reclining seats.

For easier handling, it is good to look at a stroller that has large rear wheels. This helps the stroller move easier on the uneven surface (terrain). For example, the Schwinn has the 22” rear wheals and 16” on the Bob Jogging Stroller. This is a preference for parents who will be jogging with the stroller. If you will be using it for walks, than this is not as important.
