With the diet and exercise….I know this is the number one question everyone asks.How to lose weight quickly but safely and the fact is that if you are losing weight too quickly, in the long run you are going to gain it back.But before we get started on the ways to lose weight, lets fill in the blanks.
I am ______ years old, I am _______tall and I need to lose ______ pounds. The thing is, that 90% of people start with this, and in the pound factor, they input anywhere between 20-50 pounds.
If you think you can lose that many over the 2-3 week period, I have to tell you that a if you are planning on losing weight quickly but safely, this in not going to be a healthy weight loss.The healthy weight loss is only about 1-2 pounds a week.Not more than that.There are a lot of diets that make you lose weight quickly, but in a long run, you are going to gain that weight back even faster and that is not a choice you should take.
3 Steps to Weight loss:
1. Eat Well Balanced Diet
2. Eat Small Portions of the Meal
3. Exercise
In order for you to lose weight quickly but safely, you have to stick to the plan above.You probably asked your dr. before how to lose weight, and you probably received the 3 step to weight loss answer. There are of course some diets that can help you with the meal plan, but don’t just go on a diet, exercise as well. First, if you are going to lose the weight, I know you want to keep it off.The exercise is the only thing that can help you with that.
The reason is that muscle requires a lot more calories in order to be maintained.So when you decide you don’t want to lose any more weight, there is a less chance for you to gain the weight back.
As mentioned before, there are some diets that can help you lose weight quickly but safely, such as calorie shifting diet program. This meal plan is set up to eat 4 times a day, eating small portions of food, while a well balanced meal that includes protein, and protein can help you with building a muscle when you exercise. You may also want to get one of the elliptical trainer machines as they do work out the lower and the upper body at the same time.

Do you have any birthday parties planned for this summer season?I am going to try and save you some money You see most people decide to rent our the inflatable bounce houses and inflatable water slides, but the reason I am making this post is to tell you not to do so, because the prices of these products have come down a lot.
So instead of spending money on the rental, get one and use it over and over again.It may cost you about 50-100 dollars more, but you will make back that money in a short time.Last summer my friend rented one for $150 and I saw that same one for sale at $180 online.
Some of the popular brands are Banzai Water Slides, Twister Falls Inflatable Water Slide, and Disney Pirates of Caribbean Inflatable water slide.
With the prices so low, I really think it is a wise choice to buy it. After all, you will most likely use it more than once so save money on Inflatable bounce houses and inflatable water slides.

This is a huge issue and after watching some shows recently I felt I needed to write it out because as a parent it bothered me a lot. This is just one mothers’ opinion on how to get rid of child obesity in America. Feel free to leave comments and let me know what you think….I feel that if each of us expressed our feelings, we as a society would function a lot better.
Now I believe that the problem in child obesity starts with parents. Don’t freak out, I am not saying it is your fault I am just saying that we as parents can do more to keep our children active. Just hear me out! There are few reasons for this.
The first one is that the parents now days are very busy. Due to hefty prices, we all tend to be too tired sometimes to argue with our little once. When it comes to the choice between the chocolate or apple, they will always go with the chocolate. But we have to put a stop to it. We have to say no, and feed them the good food! Do not buy the junk food. I’ve noticed with my children that if there is a junk food in the pantry they want it bad, but if it is not there, they never ask for it.
I feel that because we are so busy, we don’t get a chance to talk to them about obesity. It is never to early to educate them about something. Feeding them the healthy food from the beginning, and they will get use to it. Both of my children started eating semi-solid foods at 4 months because they were full of energy and were very hungry, but until 8 months all they ate was home cooked veggies (not jar food) and fresh fruit.
But even with this, they have the preference for the junk food. I have to say no!
Buying healthy food does not only help children, it helps you too. You will find yourself eating a lot healthier when your refrigerator is filled with the good stuff. And cook instead of eating out. Since I work full time, I make my dinner the evening before.
Now of course our children love to get treats every once in a while, so a candy once in a while is not too bad, but limit the intake. My boy is very active and when he eats sugar, he gets very hyper. So I have to limit the intake anyways
As much as I love computers, e-mails, games, and some cool TV shows, I am cutting down on those to only one hour a day. This has done two things at first. One is that they started to listen better to me, but the second was actually bad, they were bored. So I changed that problem with incorporating healthy exercise into it. No, they are not doing push-ups and sit-ups or jogging around the house , but I actually got them some very cool inflatable bounce houses. Not only does this help me put them a sleep at night since they are so tired, but they get a huge share of exercise during the day. The expense was worth it trust me.
Having said all of this, I do believe that getting rid of child obesity in America does have to start with parents. Instead of video games, children need activity and this will help them have a better healthier life in a long run!

Please don’t judge! If you read this you are going to learn something about Calorie Shifting diet and why I recommend it, but let me tell you something before that….When I went in to have my second baby I weighted 186 lb.I am only 5.2”.My normal weight is around 130 lb, but I did gain 15 pounds before I got pregnant. But nobody needs to know about that Shhhhh….
Before I tell you about how I lost weight, I just want to talk about that 186 lb.So here is the story…. I hid my weight very well I never mentioned to anyone how much I weighted, but in the hospital, my husband was shocked when he heard how much I weight.Shame on him… And he did not even try to hide it….Uh imagine the nerve… Let me tell you….The steam was coming out of my ears.I mean I am in the hospital, about to deliver and he just looks at me with the shock on his face (his forehead read 186 lb on it, I swear : ) ). Maybe he should try to be pregnant and see how it is?!?!
So back to how I lost weight… WellI thought my weight was going to melt away and it kind of did (or at least that is what I told myself)…I lost the baby weight, after all she did weight almost 10 lb. so there you go, I lost ten, and another 10 during the first 2 months and than nothing!No matter what I did, nothing!Uh…. I stopped nursing when she was 7 months and that made it even worse!
So I went on a starving diet! Literally….I cut my meals into 1/4th and I lost weight within a month.I was so happy…BUT….I gained it back even faster and that made me very upset.So before I went on another diet, I did some research and this is what I have learned!
In order for us to lose weight we need to speed up our metabolism.With starving diet you cannot do that, because with starving diet you actually slow down the metabolism and that is the reason you gain the weight back.
So I researched some more and foundcalorie shifting diet review and you can read it here as well.First the name of the diet sounded really interesting, but I read a little more about it.You see, the problem with all diets is that when you diet you run a risk of gaining the weight back because no matter what you do, your metabolism gets stale.But with this calorie shifting diet, it actually trick the metabolism to think you are not on the diet, and this causes you to lose weight.
There are couple of important things to think about here.This system is nothing special really.For years we were told to eat small portions more frequently instead of 1 large one.For years we were told to eat vegetables and fruits in order to lose weight, and for years we were told to exercise to lose weight!But do you know the reason why that is?Because any of those methods speed up metabolism! Having known all this, I still went on this diet.It was a way for me to have someone else tell me what to eat at what time, knowing that for a fact I was going to lose weight.So that is what I did. I tried calorie shifting diet and it does work.
